One person. Clear scopes. Real accountability.

How every Vroom build works — strategize with AI, then verify and test before anything ships.

I run Vroom Analytics, a one-person studio offering practical AI systems, automation, and business-support services. Each project has a clear scope, fixed deliverables, and a documented handoff.

I use AI where appropriate and permitted — then I personally review the finished work. You deal directly with the person responsible for delivery. No account managers, no handoffs into the void.

The studio is deliberately small: five focused services, honest limits written into every package, and a 14-day defect window on the agreed scope. If something isn't a fit, I'll tell you before you spend anything.

Background

25 years in the industry, the last 3–4 deep in AI. Most recent work: AI agents that hold up in production, knowledge graphs and RAG systems over real documents, and voice AI systems — plus the demo and evaluation pipeline behind this site's proof library.

The code is public where it can be: voice-receptionist-tools on GitHub, plus the RAG pipeline and multi-agent workflow code shown on this site.

How I work

  • Fixed quote before work starts — the price doesn't move unless the scope does.
  • Built on your accounts. You own everything from day one.
  • Tested before delivery, documented at handoff.
  • No outcome guarantees, no spam, no shortcuts around permissions.
